Jungle Jim's having hard time hiring managers

FAIRFIELD, OH (FOX19) - Jungle Jim's International Market says that despite high unemployment, they are having a hard time filling management level jobs at their existing and new store.

Although they won't hire for most jobs at their upcoming Clermont County location until next year, they are hiring managers now so they will be ready to go when the Union Township store opens.

OXFORD, OH (FOX19) - Miami University’s international student enrollment will top 900 this year, the most in school history.  Final statistics won’t be available for several weeks, but previous enrollment figures indicate a majority of the international student body is female and more than 500 are from China.

About 350 of the 900 are new to Miami, also a record.  The bigger numbers increase the need for an introduction to the university and community, and this year, Miami’s office of international education organized many efforts to acclimate new international students to the university, the region and American culture.

The new international students arrived over the last three weekends.
