FAIRFIELD, OH (FOX19) - Jungle Jim's International Market says that despite high unemployment, they are having a hard time filling management level jobs at their existing and new store.
Although they won't hire for most jobs at their upcoming Clermont County location until next year, they are hiring managers now so they will be ready to go when the Union Township store opens.
Debby Hartinger at Jungle Jim's says they have advertised in newspapers and Craigslist. She says some people seem to dislike the store's requirement to apply in person.
They are hiring managers for Bakery, Grocery, Front Line, Floral, Produce and all other positions. They say experience is a plus, but don't have formal requirements. Hartinger says they traditionally fill lots of positions from inside, but need more candidates.
The store doesn't have this kind of shortage for entry-level jobs, though they always take applications for those as well.
