Fire damages vacant home in Hamilton | News
HAMILTON, OH (FOX19) -A vacant home was damaged in a fire Monday morning in Hamilton.
Crews responded to the 800 block of Central Avenue at around 3:30 a.m.
Arriving crews found moderate fire in a downstairs basement window. Fire crews forced entry through the cellar door and made an attack on the fire. The blaze was contained to the basement and first floor.
About $2,500 damage was done to the structure. No injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
