Jury returns verdict in boys home beating death | News
BUTLER COUNTY, OH (FOX19)-
A Butler County jury found Lance Tiernan guilty of involuntary manslaughter on Thursday afternoon.
Lance Tiernan was accused of beating another teen to death at a Butler County group home back in December of 2011.
Police say Tiernan attacked Anthony Parker at One Way Farm in December 2011.
Parker, who was 16-years-old, died a few days later from serious head injuries.
He will be sentenced at a later hearing. He faces 7 to 15 years.
