HAMILTON, OH (FOX19)- An escaped inmate from Warren County is back in police custody after he was tracked down by police in Butler County.
Zackary T. Raybourne escaped work detail on July 2 while being housed at the Community Correctional Center in Warren County. Late Sunday night, Butler County deputies received information that Raybourne was spotted in Somerville, and was looking for a ride to Hamilton.
Two locations were checked in Hamilton, and deputies learned they were about 30 minutes behind the suspect, who had just left an address on South 11th Street. Deputies continued the search, concentrating. Shortly after 4:30 a.m., Raybourne was spotted walking along the railroad tracks near Maple Avenue. He was apprehended without major incident, and taken to the Butler County Jail.
Raybourne was taken to the Butler County Jail and is being extradited back to Warren County to face charges there.
