Police: Sixth person comes forward in Fairfield home invasion | News
FAIRFIELD, OH (FOX19)-
A sixth person came forward in connection to a deadly Fairfield home invasion in November.
Police said Nicholas Lovell told them he was also in the car with the other suspects the night Julian Slaven was robbed and killed.
Five others in the case have been charged with aggravated murder.
According to court documents, Lovell provided police with information on the other suspects in the case during their investigation.
Authorities say Lovell is not facing charges.
