FAIRFIELD, OH (FOX19) - Real estate investment company Penklor purchased the former Heritage Glen Apartments in January and has been working since then to completely renovate the units to be suited for the members of the Fairfield community.
There will be an open house event on Saturday put on by Penklor Property Management at Creekside Village to allow potential tenants and community members to view the units as well as have some fun getting to know our staff.
The open house will be at Pleasant Avenue in Fairfield for members of the community to come and see the work that has been done. They will be showing the finished model units and the grounds, as well as having Penklor employees available to answer any questions and assist in filling out applications for residency. Penklor is eager to show the future tenants that Creekside is the newest and best option for renters in this area.
“We are anxious to show the results of our hard work and planning,” Penklor President Scott Davis said. “It will be a wonderful opportunity to meet the people who will make Creekside Village their home.”
Penklor and partners Matt Ostendorf and Jeff Bray purchased the building on January 20th out of receivership from First Financial Bank. The apartment complex, once in full capacity, had fell victim to a fire in September 2010 and mismanagement had caused the building to remain mostly vacant to this day. New owners have put in place strong, professional management by Penklor Property Management. The complex has undergone a multi-million dollar renovation that included granite countertops and new decor in each unit.
The first phase of renovations is near complete and features one, two, and three bedroom units. Renovation for the remaining buildings and units is on-going.
