The roughly 3 mile course, with 40 obstacles, will have over 3,500 participants running its rugged path this Saturday.

Big Mudder, Jeff Graves, shares, "For this being a first year location, we are thrilled to have this kind of response for Mudathlon-Cincinnati! We hope to be back even bigger next year." Mudathletes will come from all over the country, in order to participate in the upcoming race. Participants represent 27 states and have an average age of 33.

A spokesperson says though there is no more room for participants, they definitely welcome spectators, and that there is room at the start and finish lines.
