Store being added at Bridgewater Falls this spring and summer | Business

BUTLER COUNTY, OH (FOX19) - Bridgewater Falls Lifestyle Shopping Center in Hamilton continues to be a hotspot for new tenants as three new merchants have signed leases at the popular shopping destination in Butler County. Salon Lofts, The Stash and Larry Paul Tanning Spa will all be opening in the coming months.

“Our leasing efforts have focused on our merchandising plan and missing uses at Bridgewater Falls.  The Village is now a prime spot with many new merchants opening in the next few months, including Charming Charlie,” commented David Roth, Leasing Representative for Phillips Edison & Company, owner of Bridgewater Falls. 

Salon Lofts offers individual suites where professional hair stylists, massage therapists, skin care and nail specialists run their own unique beauty salons.  They are expected to open late this summer behind Books-A-Million in The Village at Bridgewater Falls.  The Bridgewater Falls salon will be the fifth location for Salon Lofts in the Cincinnati-area.

The Stash is a shabby-chic woman’s boutique featuring accessories and clothing from designers such as BB Dakota, House of Harlow 1960, Junk Food, Jack by BB Dakota, Glam, Esley, Flying Tomato and much more.  They will also feature local designers with exclusive designs you’ll find only at The Stash.  The store is owned by local resident, Ashleigh Messer, who has always had a passion for fashion from an early age.  “I received the Best Dressed Kindergartener Award and opening a woman’s boutique has always been my dream.  Stash is a combination of my name and my sister Stephanie’s names.  She is very different from me and the store’s inventory is representative of our different personalities and interests mixing feminine, masculine, hard and soft elements,” commented Messer.  The boutique’s inventory will be constantly changing, keeping up with the latest fashion trends including inspiration style boards allowing guests to pair an item they may already have in their wardrobe with a new piece from The Stash.  The Stash will be located in The Village next to La Pinata Mexican Grill and Bar and is expected to open in May with hours of 10 a.m. – 8 p.m. Monday through Friday,    10 a.m. – 6 p.m. on Saturday and 12 – 5 p.m. on Sunday.

Larry Paul Tanning Spa is a membership-based tanning salon which also offers a sunless tanning option in the form of spray tans.  Larry Paul Tanning Spa has locations in Indiana and Illinois but the Bridgewater Falls spa will be its third in Ohio.  The tanning spa will be open in a space next to Sally Beauty, across from Target, from 7 a.m. – 10 p.m. Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. – 9 p.m. on Saturday and 7 a.m. –     8 p.m. on Sunday, and is expected to open this Spring.  

            “We listen to input from our customers as to which retailers or uses they would like to see at our center. Fortunately we have been able to execute on the plan and add key uses and retailers.
